Lubricants

Naturally, with instruments of such quality, the support and maintenance is of equal importance. Edwards have a range of lubricants including Valve Oil, Rotor Oil, and Spindle Oil, all designed to give your new Edwards instrument maximum protection and maintain them in perfect operational condition.

Cases and Bags

The Edwards instrument comes with the product of your choice when ordering your new instrument. Supplementing this choice are alternatives in terms of heavy duty, well padded, cases. Alternatively Edwards provide other choices, either Cordura (the material used in the Space Agency's protective clothing for the moon walkers) or 5 ounce leather. These bags are lined with 25mm of dense foam rubber and afford significant protection to your beautiful instrument with extra solid protection for your slide or important parts of the instrument concerned.

Neckpipes

Every player requires to produce different sounds from time to time and with the methods of manufacture of the Edwards instrument, you are provided with a fully flexible build of your instrument. You may choose to supplement your standard or chosen lead/mouth pipes with others as you find the need.
Also bell sections, and others may be considered as options to be added at a later time to your Edwards instrument. These parts may be manufactured in alternate metals as available.
Mouthpipes and instrument accoutrements are not available for other instruments in the Getzen range.
