Leadpipes

The sound produced in any instrument is first generated in the Trachea (have you heard the words 'breathe from the diaphragm), the oral cavity, and of course the embouchure.

The next step in the sound production is in the choice of mouthpieces, and at this point in a trombone players career, only a few would dare to suggest a particular mouthpiece, or change of same.
