The tenor saxophone is one of the most beautiful sounds in the range of the saxophone family having all the overtones of the higher instruments whilst combining the big fat timbre of the low end of the family.
I'm sure many will have their own views on that point, and we all enjoy our personal differences. The Yanagisawa Tenor Saxophone derives its sonorous beauty from the characteristic big resonance, design of the tonal chamber (including the choice of metal and the work done on this metal), accuracy of tone hole placement, and of course the special process used to manufacture the neck.
